Santa's Workshop: North Pole, Colorado

We are so fortunate to live in Colorado and to be so close to Santa's Workshop. Michael and I thought it would be fun to take the girls and we got Lily all hyped up about going. The amusement park truly was amazing. It is the best family oriented park we have been too and it was well worth the cost of the tickets to go. Lily and Alex could ride almost every ride and so could Michael and I. There were a lot of kiddie rides, but they were fun enough for adults to enjoy too. We went at a great time because we could get on a ride and stay on it as long as we wanted too! There were no lines!!! We met some friends up there and we all had such a blast! Lily even got to meet Santa Claus in his home! She would not speak to him and Alex started screaming, but, hey, just being there was good enough.

Here we are on Santa's sleigh.
Lily and her Uncle Cameron aka "Goose."
Eating lunch in the back of the car.
Lilyana kicking back in the stroller.
Alex stealing the bag of grapes.

Jeremiah, Me, Lily, Alex and Michael with the engine.

Lily licking the North Pole. The cool thing is that it is
really made of ice and it is freezing. Gross she is licking it, I know,
but you can get away with a lot when you are three!
This year's Christmas card photo :)
Lily with her awesome
Christmas tree face painting.
Mommy and Alex on the Christmas tree ride.
Its a bulb ornament!
Daddy and Lily in front of us.
Lily is such a big girl riding all by herself.
Awww, LOVE :)
Lily's favorite ride, the carousel.
Alex riding the reindeer with Daddy's help.
CHEEEEESE!!!
This is their version of the tea cup ride. I got too
sick and had to get off!
Lily feeding Santa's deer.
Me kissing the deer. Pucker up baby!
Alex all tuckered out!
All the fun really wore her out!

We seriously can't wait to go again! We are planning another trip in the fall when it is closer to Christmas. That should make it even more exciting for the girls!!!

I've been there!! and do you know how many people stop and take pictures while touching that ice pole. I'm only kidding, it really is a fun place, when I was 12 they asked me if I wanted to be a part of their magic show, so I was the one floating in mid air, my eyes were closed but that was what my family told me-.
