Lily's Birthday Dinner at Chili's

We took Lily out to eat at Chili's to celebrate her 3rd birthday. We wanted her to have the experience of being sung to by total strangers :) We thought she would enjoy it!Grandma and Grandpa Cordova, Auntie Mel, and Uncle Cameron met us there. Lily was very happy to get to see them on her birthday! Dinner was very good, and afterwards, our waiter and a few of the waitresses brought Lily out this Monstrous chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream on top. ( I was very jealous seeing I have never gotten anything but a vanilla sundae for any of my birthdays! Spoiled child!) Her eyes became the size of baseballs as she stared at her yummy surprise. They then sang "Happy Birthday" to her and, I have to say, she looked quite terrified, but she really enjoyed her birthday dessert and even shared some with her family! It is so hard to believe my baby is 3! She is very proud of it and is happy to be such a "big" girl :)Michael being a goofball.

Alex, of course, enjoyed the chocolate dessert too! Though, it seems, she may have gotten more on her face then actually in her mouth! We all had a great time!
Happy Birthday, Lily!
